Renter’s deposit is $350.00 one- time only. (You cannot use this towards rent at any time)
There is a basic monthly fee of $175.00 plus which includes your first two (2) hours of kitchen use, as well as space for you to bring in an “approved by management storage rack on wheels”.

Please note: time cards must be used when you utilize the kitchen for cooking, prep and dishwashing.
- 1 Door or 1 shelf in walk-in cooler and 1 shelf in freezer $50.00/mo.
- Each additional freezer shelf, cooler shelf or rack space $50.00/mo.
- If Gus’ has to clean up after you. (cleaning procedures are posted) $50.00/hr.
- If you don’t use a time card and we need to check cameras for your kitchen use. $50.00 fee
- Lost key (cost covers rekeying for everyone) $150.00 fee
- Extra key $10.00/per key
Hiatus Billing- This will be half the monthly fee at $75 per month. This will hold your spot while inactive, no production is allowed during this time.
All tenants will receive a pin code to the back door to enter and exit the kitchen.
Tenants are prohibited from using other tenants belongings.
