Day hours are: 6 am to 7 pm, Night hours are 7 pm to 6 am

Renter’s deposit is $300.00 one- time only. (You cannot use this towards rent at any time)

Monthly/Hourly Fees:

There is a basic monthly fee of $150.00 plus which includes your first two (2) hours of kitchen use, as well as space for you to bring in an “approved by management storage rack on wheels”.

  • Cooking – Day $23.50/hr.
  • Cooking – Night $21.00/hr.
  • Dish washing and Prep – Day $16.00/hr.
  • Dish washing and Prep-Night $13.50/hr.

Please note: time cards must be used when you utilize the kitchen for cooking, prep and dishwashing.

Additional storage:

  • ½ Door or 1 shelf in walk-in cooler and 1 shelf in freezer $50.00/mo.
  • Each additional freezer shelf, cooler shelf or rack space $50.00/mo.
  • Unlimited use of kitchen with Storage closet $750.00/mo.
  • Unlimited use of kitchen without Storage closet $650.00/mo.

Additional fees:

  • If Gus’ has to clean up after you. (cleaning procedures are posted) $50.00/hr.
  • If you don’t use a time card and we need to check cameras for your kitchen use. $50.00 fee
  • Lost key (cost covers rekeying for everyone) $150.00 fee
  • Extra key $10.00/per key

Additional information:

We will be going to a key pad (code) system soon. If code is lost there will be a fee to reset system, but no more lost keys!

All tenants must use back door only to enter and exit the kitchen.

Tenants are prohibited from using other tenants belongings.
